This site is dedicated to the memory of Aunt Cilda.
Aunt Cilda was born in Manchester Jamaica on January 08, 1933. She transitioned from this life and went to be with her maker on September 15, 2014. Thanksgiving Service in celebration of her life will be held on Saturday October 4th 2014 at 12n in Mt Oliphant, Manchester Jamaica.
She was daughter to the late Wilburn and Vera Bailey and was the loving wife of the late Gilbert Barnes. She was an awesome mother to Marcia, Karlene, Sharon, Roy and George Anthony and Grandmother to Khouri, Toni-Ann, Sydne, Ruth-Ann, Shari, Renae, and Jonothan; and Great Gandma to Treasure.
She was a caring sister to Berris(D), Ethlyn(D), Linda(D),Beryl (D),Cissy(D), Alfred, Gilbert, Diana, Violet, Clement (Bill) Hilda, & Ida and aunt to many neices and nephews.
She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her family and friends.

Never met this Lady, but from the close association & friendship developed between Sharon,George,Shemeca, her grandchildren (Sharon's & George's), as well as other family members, it's undoubted in my mind, that she was a remarkable individual. She has left this earthly world with undeniable, indelible footprints, in the sands of time.

Mom you will never know how much you have been missed. I will always choose to celebrate you on your birthday instead of the day you left us broken hearted.
